• Contact form submissions — when you request a consultation or free brand audit, we collect your name, email address, property name, property type, and any message you provide.
• Website usage data — we collect basic analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address to understand how visitors use our site.

For clients using our Review & Social Media Management modules, LuzIQ accesses direct messages received through Instagram and Facebook business accounts via the Meta Conversations API. This access exists solely to respond to guest messages on behalf of our clients. Message content is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is only used to deliver the service the client has engaged us for.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to consultation and brand audit requests
• Deliver and support our services to clients
• Improve and maintain our website and platform
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We share information only with a limited set of service providers that support our operations — such as website hosting, form delivery, and analytics providers — each bound by confidentiality obligations. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Messaging data accessed on behalf of clients is retained only for as long as needed to deliver the service, after which it is deleted in accordance with our data handling procedures.
